Passion, the true meaning of Aavegh, is infused in every aspect of organization.

 

Aavegh was started in February 2005 by Supna Chaudhari Jain, driven by her desire to dance and to make a difference. Aavegh is the first dance troupe with a commitment and mission to create dialogue and raise awareness through artistic expression. 

 

Our innovative shows incorporate original dance, illustrations, poetry, expression, and heart to touch each of your senses. These elements are brought together to tell every day stories highlighting current issues affecting our society. It doesn't end there. We are not only driven by our artistic passions, but by the understanding that change is a possibility. To that end, Aavegh is very proud to say we have donated more than $20,000 in show proceeds to local and worldwide nonprofits since our inception.
